Essential Job Functions

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, operations) or equivalent education and experience
  • A minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a similar role
  • Proven expertise in managing business process transactions
  • Strong proficiency in business process management, optimization, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Operations)
  • Experience with insurance or financial services processes is a significant advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
