Essential Job Functions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, operations) or equivalent education and experience
- A minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2+ years in a similar role
- Proven expertise in managing business process transactions
- Strong proficiency in business process management, optimization, and compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, MS in Operations)
- Experience with insurance or financial services processes is a significant advantage
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
