Job Description

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
  • Monitor & manage automated processes, including performing root cause analysis for troubleshooting issues and implementing permanent fixes where required.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders – Process team, technology partner & Product owners.
  • Quickly grasp new processes and ensure seamless support & execution.
  • Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation, and monitor compliance with policies.
  • Responsible for improving the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls.
  • Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
  • Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support Statutory/Internal audit.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0-5 years of experience in automation/system support / RPA  
  • Strong knowledge of RPA, well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
  • Change management exposure, including establishing new processes
  • A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
