DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare daily labor hours report
•Work with finance and operations teams to investigate previous day labor hour reporting issues
•Data mining and analysis using Excel and Power BI
•Accounts payable vouchering
•Audit labor hour records
•Reconcile daily labor hours to weekly payroll records
•Analyze labor costs
•Assist with miscellaneous Finance team tasks
•All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
•Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university
•Minimum of one year or equivalent in an accredited college pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related field
•Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
•Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
