Responsibilities
· Build and manages automation pipelines to operationalize the machine learning platform and machine learning pipelines for fully automated CI/CD pipelines.
· Strong ability to build statistical & machine learning modeling
· Helps define product features, drives the system architecture, and spearheads the best practices that enable a quality product.
· Emphasis is on end-to-end delivery of analysis
· Contribute to how analytical approach is structured for specification of analysis
· Contribute insights from conclusions of analysis that integrate with initial hypothesis and business objective. Independently address complex problems
· Participate in design of analysis and modelling approach with managers and modelers
· Extremely comfortable working with data, including managing large number of data sources, analyzing data quality, and pro-actively working with client’s data/ IT teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
- Required skills: Advanced R or Python programming
- 6+ years of experience in reliably and efficiently developing predictive models including machine learning
- 4+ years of experience managing / working in teams and delegating project specific responsibility for seamless delivery
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with client/onshore personnel to understand data science requirements.
- Lead multiple modeling projects, able to challenge existing approach and recommend new advanced machine learning techniques
- Able to assign work and mentor existing resources on ML projects
- Experience in retail, e-commerce and BFSI domain is preferred.
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in math, statistics, economics, computer engineering or related analytics field from a premier institute of India
- Proven track record in ML & Predictive analysis using technologies like Python, Spark.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
- Experience with SnowFlake data platform and AWS platform
- Experience with Agile Methodology
- Reformulate highly technical information into concise, understandable terms for presentations
- Expertise in machine learning models for both supervised and unsupervised cases.
- Detailed model development experience (random forest models, XGBoost, advanced machine learning techniques)
- Able to present work (project status, data driven analysis) to client using Excel or PPT
- Have a proactive communication, lead multiple modeling projects, able to challenge existing approach and recommend new advanced machine learning techniques
- Able to assign work and mentor existing resources on modeling projects
- Strong record of achievement, solid analytical ability, and an entrepreneurial hands-on approach
