Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Discovery: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that address their prioritized executive business challenges.
- Product Demonstrations & Proof of Value: Conduct compelling and factual Document Cloud product demonstrations, showcasing the value and capabilities within an enterprise business
- Technical Expertise: Acquire a thorough understanding of cloud-based solutions to deliver mentorship and support, alongside other 3rd party software.
Minimum Requirements
To excel in the role of a Growth Solution Consultant at Adobe, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Customer-Facing Experience: At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Sales, or 3+ years in a customer IT/Creative role.
- Technical Competence : Validated experience working in the enterprise software
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to deliver engaging and persuasive software demonstrations both in-person and virtually. On camera presence for virtual engagement with customers and corporate
- Consultative Approach: Ability to employ an advisory approach to comprehend business gaps and propose appropriate solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying intricate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Travel Availability: Travel as required for the role, potentially making frequent trips. About 25% - 50% travel.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,600 -- $229,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
