Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on new processes and technologies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes within the Payer domain.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a strong preference for candidates with advanced degrees.
