Responsibilities
Execute a wide variety of go-to-market initiatives and programs (e.g.Networking sessions for leadership level talent, preparation session for early in career to mid-executive level talent, etc.) to build Google’s short and long term candidate pipeline.
Build social media comms for programs, promote Google employee advocacy programs, conduct exercises and research to build a social media presence for Google.
Implement and niche engagement and outreach programs to activate a potential passive pipeline.
Build data, reporting and insights to measure the impact of programs. Use analyses from past programs to develop recommendations for improvement and drive new initiatives.
Maintain relationships with internal partners as well as external users and partners Event Programs, third party vendors, etc. to enable efficient execution of Industry programs.
