Job Description
In This Role, You Will
- Develop routine and rigor to ensure delivery of policy compliant automated solutions that adhere to all enterprise policies (i.e. Solution Delivery, Issue Management, Change Management, etc.).
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives using applications such as Power Apps
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
- Work independently or within a team to make recommendations for system functions by providing support and leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
- Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Power Apps development expertise
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and Power BI for analysis, reporting, visualization, and data driven testing purposes
- Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (operations, IT, leadership, etc.)
- Reporting - Dashboard and Scorecard, MBR, business analysis
- Proven experience and track record in creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting teams.
- Good expertise on Data management, Excel / MIS / Reporting Tools / Power Point.
- Experience designing and maintaining Confluence templates, JIRA boards, and sprint execution
- Ability to identify, research and solution simple to complex business, technology and reporting requirements
- Experience with contact center data and exploratory data evaluation (finding data and data extraction)
