Responsibilities

• Writing clean, well thought-out design and code with focus on quality, simplicity, and maintainability.
• Putting customer’s perspective and experience first when designing systems.
• Communicating effectively and collaborating with other disciplines to deliver high quality solutions from envisioning to deployment to live site reliability.
• Driving improvements with design reviews, code reviews, and test case reviews.
• Understanding and adapting to new technologies, tools, methods and processes from Microsoft and industry.

Qualifications

Basic Qualification:

• BE or B. Tech in computer science or equivalent.
• Atleast 2  years of solid Design/Development/Testing experience using various technologies.
• Eperience on Requirement/Design/Code Review & Inspections practices .
• Experience with any of the following testing: performance testing, security testing, privacy testing, accessibility testing.
•  Ability to work in cross functional teams and strong interpersonal skills.  DevOps experience with strong passion for live site reliability.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a solid understanding of testing practices.
•  Excellent communication & cross-group collaboration skills.
•  Experience working on any object oriented language like Java or .net Knowledge of .Net, C#, Microsoft Azure technology.
• Good understanding of agile development practices.
