In this role, teamwork is key - you'll work with the HR teams and stakeholders to implement digital transformation projects. You'll also partner with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for automation, simplify processes, and apply advanced digital solutions. Your success is grounded in:
· Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Proven 5+ year experience in HR digitalization or HRIS implementation.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and regulations.
· In-depth knowledge of HR software systems and tools.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong project management skills, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
· Effective communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to collaborate and build relationships at all organizational levels.
