Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer support tools for human resources operations
  • Perform complex business, operational and customer support tasks in support of initiatives within human resources
  • Resolve escalated issues using technical knowledge and expertise to perform work, action requests, and achieve goals
  • Interact with immediate team, functional area, and internal peers to provide guidance on human resources operations processes and deliverables
  • Assist employees on human resources related issues providing complex policy interpretation
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staff
  • Acquire Subject Matter Expertise on all key systems, and corporate policies related to compliance governance
  • and handle critical/complex escalations.

  • Research, analyze, and present most effective and efficient solution to Reports to Managers’ requests while staying compliant to applicable policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policy, Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
  • Proper queue management to ensure all cases, issues, tasks/projects are processed within service level agreement.
  • Lead identification and initiation of continuous improvement projects/initiatives.
  • Key POC or CRSO HR India representative on critical UAT and program level projects.
  • Lead functional huddles to support operational partners
  • Lead and strategize new hire & process trainings


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interpret policies and procedures
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Cloud-based HR tools (ServiceNow/Workday)
  • Good with details and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communicator, keeping Reports to Manager informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns
  • Experience in effective handling of escalations


Job Expectations:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Workday, Vendor Management System (e.g. Beeline) and/or other similar Human Resource related systems
  • Knowledge in SharePoint and Power BI Dashboard
