Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee internal and external deliverables for client merchandising efforts, ensuring objectives are consistent with overall customer marketing approach  
  • Provide administrative support by overseeing team calendars for multiple managers within Global Customer Experience SPHE team  
  • Maintain a basic understanding of applicable retail and digital accounts (iTunes, YouTube, Microsoft, Amazon Prime, Amazon, Walmart)   
  • Collaborate with SPHE cross-functional teams: Sales, Sales Planning, Brand Marketing, Creative, Operations and Legal to develop end-to-end retail marketing programs for SPHE releases 
  • Maintain weekly Competitive Tracking and Street Day Merchandising Recaps, supporting the team with essential data to adjust strategies and plans  
  • Create and design templates for various marketing initiatives and pitch decks, assisting with program execution effort for new release movie, television, and catalog titles 
  • Work on ad hoc projects or other related duties as needed 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or 1-2 years of experience in marketing, retail merchandising, or client services is helpful.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage team calendars and provide administrative support to multiple global customer experience team managers.
  • Basic understanding of key retail and digital platforms including Apple+, YouTube, Microsoft, Amazon Prime, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Sales Planning, Brand Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Legal.
  • Capability to maintain and analyze weekly competitive tracking and street day merchandising recaps, providing actionable insights for strategy adjustments.
  • Ability to create and design templates for marketing initiatives and pitch decks, supporting program execution for movie, television, and catalog releases.
  • Willingness to work on ad hoc projects and handle other related duties as required in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $48,481 to $63,025. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
