Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years engineering/technical experience as an architect, customer success lead, solution area or delivery expert, technical consultant, or in another cloud related field. OR bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field WITH 6+ years industry experience related to technology.
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft’s AI and cloud strategies and capabilities.
- Familiarity with first and third-party AI offerings; as well as with one or more solution area such as – Data, Cybersecurity, Azure Infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to drive large, complex programs that deliver high quality outcomes for technical and business-related customer issues.
- Experience in orchestrating across matrixed organizations, including at the senior most levels within an organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, group dynamic and customer-facing communication skills, including the ability to communicate at a C-suite level.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently within a regionally dispersed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12+ years’ experience as an architect, consultant, or technical delivery/solutions expert and/or
- 3+ years Customer facing experience in a technical capacity.
- Experience in Azure Open AI, Fabric, Cloud-scale solution architecture or Software development.
- Experience in and/or significant knowledge of the Digital Natives space is a plus.
- Prior experience in formal or informal leadership positions.
- Knowledge of the competitive environment for Microsoft in the region.
