Job Description
- The Customer Technical Advisor’s (CTA) role is to provide technical consultation and guidance to the customers on Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Help customers understand Adobe’s capabilities and the transformative power of world class customer experiences.
- Along with the technical consultation, the CTA’s role includes educating clients on how existing and new product features and functionality work and addressing product-related questions and technical challenges.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Work closely with the customer’s architects, business, and technical stakeholders to build trust and establish credibility.
- Provide points of view on customer direction to lead and guide towards the best outcome.
- Partner with the account teams, delivery teams, product engineering, and professional services sales executives to deliver business growth and customer success/ROI.
- Always professionally representing Adobe (work product, communications, presence) in client and team situations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance. Understand client objectives and align AEP and AJO solutions to meet their business goals.
- Stay Updated on Product Enhancements: Keep abreast of the latest updates, features, and enhancements in AJO and RTCDP. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in these platforms to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Define the operational processes to deliver consistent value to merchants and partners
- Develop and maintain effective, positive working relationships with team members.
What you need to succeed
- 5+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, especially Adobe Experience Platform and Journey Optimizer
- Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all major Experience Platform services and Journey Optimizer features.
- Strong SQL skills for querying datasets, implementing data transformations, cleansing data, etc.
- Hands-on experience developing custom applications, workflows and integrations using Experience Platform APIs
- Good Communication Skills- Ability to interact with customers independently with good articulation and confidence and Articulation.
- Digital marketing experience, with Martech platforms implementation (Adobe/SFDC) from solution, design, and implementation specifically with AEP and AJO.
- Database skills – Have good expertise of either databases SQL/ Oracle /Teradata etc.
- Strong understanding of concepts like multi-channel data management, segmentation, orchestration, automation, and personalization
- Data model design Skills for Marketing databases. Capability to query, work on aggregates, use filter conditions, Creation joins, define keys, set index etc
- Understand complex data models (preferrable XDM) and the objective of marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with establishing rules and conditional logics to customize journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors. Advocate for improvements.
- Strong ability to partner and effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues. Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
