Utilise eFundamentals to track Picture of Success compliance vs aligned target.
Leading UX research and aligning test and learn roadmap with x-functional GBS & Sector teams to inform picture of success and digital shelf opportunities.
Qualifications
Marketing expertise— 8+ years of experience developing and executing digital merchandising or marketing/media programs.
eCommerce and performance marketing mindset—understanding of how to leverage SEO and merchandising tactics to find and engage shoppers and drive conversion.
Understanding of data and demonstrated ability to deliver improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset.
Strong experience in execution tracking data tools i.e. eFundamentals and sales data providers i.e.Nielsen, IRI etc.
A track record of delivering results in complex, multi-stakeholder and fluid environments.
Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measures, their relationships, and how to address business questions in a robust way that translates to simple outputs.
Proficient with Power Point and Excel.
Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets.
Can easily see how insights/research learning can improve businesses impact and frames up reporting efforts and opportunities to inform business decisions.
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
