Job Description

  • Drive Quality across the Pinterest product by ensuring we have well defined quality goals and that we are meeting them.
  • Define quality and code coverage metrics and work across the organization to educate and ensure teams are meeting the quality goals. Identify and mitigate risks across all the Core teams.
  • Refine the SDLC framework and drive adoption.
  • Leverage best practices to create processes to streamline collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Influence teams and build relationships with key stakeholders across disciplines and teams.
  • Build effective and transparent communication channels to adaptively communicate schedules, priorities, status and risk to various functional stakeholders at all levels of the company.

What we're looking for:

  • BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience (5+ years in a technical role).
  • 4+ years experience in a Technical Program Management.
  • Strong technical breadth and judgment - ability to quickly ramp up and go deep on a range of technologies, ability to identify technical risks and tradeoffs.
  • Comfort with a fast-changing environment and ability to operate independently.
  • Focus on execution and delivery in a data-informed environment.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, organizational awareness, and ability to persuade peers to accomplish program objectives while holding yourself and your team to a high standard of accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
