Responsibilities
- Contribute to cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and manage business needs.
- Help in managing the team’s rhythm of the business (ROB) activities and deliverables.
- Identify and scope opportunities to develop new projects or programs and improve current ones.
- Support the development of content for internal communications and communicate relevant information to the organization as required.
- Global Team building Programs
- Help coordinate an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects.
- Continue to build a culture of speed, flexibility, and innovation with all business partners.
- Closely collaborate with other internal teams such as operations, legal, finance, treasury, tax and risk assessment to help deliver highly successful projects.
- Collect and evaluate success criteria and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree or degree equivalent in Business Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field AND 3+ years portfolio management, real estate, or office management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business management of cross functional organizations
- Knowledge of the real estate acquisition process.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, internet applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate internal process requirements to various audiences (e.g., internal, and external stakeholders).
- A track record of coordinating high quality projects in an atmosphere where speed, flexibility, frugality, and heavy workload are the expected norm.
- Previous experience as a project or program manager leading cross-functional teams.
- Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Project Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
