Your role:

  • Handling Channel Sales (General Trade/Distributors).

  • Achieve month wise sales objectives (Primary and Secondary Sales) of the region for entire Personal Care product range

  • Implement company’s credit policy

  • Ensure region’s Commercial is within budgets

  • No Company Payroll/Third Party Payroll Team Handling

  • Driving business through a team of dedicated/exclusive DSOs at Distributor points.


You're the right fit if:

  • MBA with a specialization in Sales and Marketing

  • 4+ years of General Trade Channel Experience

  • Experience & knowledge of channel sales

  • Ideal candidate should have experience of leveraging on existing channels & setting up new channels to reach the set objectives.

  • Should possess extensive experience in at Distribution/Channel Management

  • Candidates having experience in the FMCG industry (preferred - cosmetic channel)

  • Good inter-personal skills

  • Strong in Data Analytics and MS office
