Job Description

In the role, the candidate would be a strong team player with exceptional marketing performance reporting understanding. This position will work side-by-side with the Director of Marketing Analytics and Reporting as well as the Americas, APAC and EMEA marketing operations team. It is also critical that this role build a strong working relationship with Sales Operations.


 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of the overall Marketing Analytics and Reporting vision & strategy to enable the Marketing organization to optimize overall performance
  • Lead efforts to define and build success metrics for overall Marketing Performance.
  • Contribute to and own marketing analytics with a focus on providing recommendations to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly executive management deliverables and reporting for the senior marketing leadership team
  • Train key marketing stakeholders on how to leverage data and marketing performance dashboards for real-time decision making
  • Implement best practices to ensure the AVEVA Marketing Performance funnel is in line with or exceeding industry benchmarks.
  • Work with key stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Content Studio, Demand Center, Regional Marketing, Channel Marketing and Sales) across all marketing functions to review and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance analysis, helping to identify weaknesses and opportunities, as well as solutions, as well as other key AVEVA business functions, i.e., Sales and IT
  • Create common infrastructure and capabilities around analytics and reporting to get things done efficiently and effectively.
  • Run any ad hoc / ‘what if’ analysis informed by operational analytics; including in-depth impact of new processes, vendor expenses and retainers.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics for demand generation tactics (email marketing, lead generation and conversion) and make data-based recommendations to the Demand Center on how to improve the impact and accelerate pipeline growth.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Data analytics experience, marketing analytics strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or similar enterprise-level analytics tools.  
  • Highly analytical, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for understanding the business. 
  • Superior communication skills - verbal, written & presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to transition seamlessly from complex analyses to simple/precise business implications.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
