- 8+ years of Analytics experience
- 4+ years of experience in Managing Web Analytics projects (either Adobe or competitors like Google Analytics, IBM CoreMetrics, Webtrends etc )
- Should have good exposure to Web/Mobile Technologies and should know the website/Mobile architecture concepts
- Proven experience in enterprise application within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages, and related technologies
- Strong skills in SQL and database design, XML and Javascript
- Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SOAP, ExtJS etc
- Exposure to Adobe Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Social etc) will be a plus
- Any experience in working with business intelligence systems, content platforms, Campaign Management platforms, digital optimization strategy, and/or web analytic platforms would be an added advantage.
- Significant experience presenting in front of groups and to high-level executives
- Proven track record of building solid relationships with customers at all levels
- Excellent understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
- Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
- Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience
- Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., retail, media, financial services, high tech, etc.)
- Willingness to travel (50% or more)
