What You’ll Do
Set up an executive engagement plan of the partner ecosystem
Drive indirect partner sales revenue by maintaining successful relationships with decision makers across the region. This will be done at the executive and management levels at Systems Integrators, Digital and Agencies.
Work closely with the wider UKIMEA Partner Managers to align on partner success.
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive deal registration with your partners.
Lead and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners.
Work with Partners to drive joint marketing initiatives through events and other marketing campaigns that generate quantifiable demand.
Work with the Partners to develop Partner success metrics that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Deliver compelling capabilities demonstrations of the platform and address high level technical questions, serving as a subject matter authority within digital experience ecosystems.
Assist leadership in cultivating an environment of collaboration, willingness, creativity, and continuous improvement.
What You Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in business or similar field preferred.
At least 10 years of experience with alliances and partners working with Global System Integrators and Global Agencies.
Strong experience of working in the Middle East Market.
Direct or indirect sales experience also beneficial.
Track record of developing and growing partner businesses across multiple regions.
Abilities to engage up to C-level executives within the partners.
Software company experience, agency or SI/Agency background is a plus
You thrive with challenges and have history of successfully, consistently achieving revenue goals and objectives, within a sophisticated client acquisition driven business, preferably in the mid-market or enterprise space.
Passion for getting things done in an ambiguous environment, enjoy working hard, are full of energy for challenges, and seize opportunities more than others.
Strong understanding of the business landscape, culture, and dynamics in the Middle East market.
Willingness to travel within the Middle East region as needed and up to 50%
Relocate to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia towards the end of FY24.
