What you’ll do:

We are looking for passionate java developers to join our team of highly motivated engineers in Product Area Time Engineering team in SAP SuccessFactors who work with a ‘Quality First’ mindset.

This role offers a chance to work in an environment where continuous learning and innovation on-the-job is highly encouraged and which provides the opportunity to develop and deliver features which touch the day-to-day lives of the employees of more than 3000 SuccessFactors Time customers .

As a Senior Developer in an agile development environment, you shall contribute to development, architecture and concept definition and be responsible for design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and customer support for the features you deliver. You shall participate in defining, developing, and managing the software development models, and cooperate with colleagues across different teams and time zones and develop for SuccessFactors Time Management product collaborating with global teams. 

What you bring:

• Expertise in Java development and Web Services (REST, oData) with focus on performance, scalability & extensibility
• Sound understanding of Object Oriented Programming Principles, Design Patterns
• Solid foundation with relational database & SQL
• Experience of Agile/Scrum, passion for unit testing, integration testing and test automation.
• Knowledge of lean development infrastructure process including Git, Jenkins etc.  and exposure to Continuous Delivery practices
• DevOps mindset - inherent sense of ownership through the development and deployment lifecycle
• Strong communication skills
• 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience with BE / BTech / MCA / MS / MTech in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology.
