Manage queries from initial contact through to closure, managing expectations throughout and ensuring an exceptional client service.
Manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to: job changes; starters; leavers; leave of absence; requests for employee data; and document management.
Monitor and track information including probations; fixed term contracts; visa expiration; and flexible working agreements; following up with managers to ensure completion of activities within required timeline
Partner with the Global Mobility team with expatriate relocation administration and system updates.
Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payment and amendments run smoothly and on time.
Actively participate in process improvement discussions and taking responsibility for implementing changes, with the employee experience at the forefront of mind.
Support on new hire and termination process.
Identify opportunities to streamline and simplify operational execution.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a HR operational role within a matrix organisation.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/ or Japanese will be highly preferred to support relevant stakeholders in the region
Proven experience in Workday and ServiceNow is essential
Experience working with outsourced teams
Proficient in MS office with advanced Excel skills an advantage
An understanding of employment law across APAC locations
Organised, with the ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload and meet set deadlines, SLAs and targets
Resolution of escalated issues using system knowledge and engagement with relevant teams.
