Requirements:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with HR team members on various projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR initiatives
  • Conduct research and analysis to support HR-related projects and initiatives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to HR inquiries


  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a focus on recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
