Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring decision
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with HR team members on various projects related to employee engagement, onboarding, training, and HR initiatives
Conduct research and analysis to support HR-related projects and initiatives
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee files, preparing HR-related documents, and responding to HR inquiries
Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a focus on recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
