By joining us, you’ll provide project support in the delivery of technical and analytical services related to electrical and ITS design including field inspection and analysis; technology research, reviews, studies, and alternatives analysis; planning; systems engineering and detailed design; contract documentation preparation (plans, specifications and cost estimates); developing reports and correspondence; and construction management for public infrastructure agencies with a focus on ITS infrastructure facilities. In this role, you will support the East-Central Advanced Mobility Group in the delivery of technical solutions across our transportation clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Software or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or a degree in a related technical discipline.
• Previous professional Systems Engineering experience supporting hardware and software integration, requirements development, verification and validation, and testing.
• Experience with traffic management systems design and implementation and a good knowledge of the general principles of electronic data processing, information technology, data analytics, AI/ML and network communications systems.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work both independently and in a virtual team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software products.
• Valid driver’s license and able to travel for site visits.
