This person will bring a high-level of energy, sense of urgency, collaborative spirit, financial expertise, and a creative approach to accelerate engagement, pipeline building and revenue. This person will bring a client focused approach and will manages professional employees and/or supervisors of complex support, production marketing team
- Develop annual strategic marketing plan.
- Establish relationships with key internal stakeholders to accelerate marketing campaign development and deployment.
- Develop a consistent go-to-market strategy to launch campaigns effectively to the Commercial Bank team.
- Identify cadence for establishing key performance indicators, and reporting campaign results.
- Responsive to changing environment warranting – sense of urgency on campaigns, communications, and PR.
- Manage the digital agencies in support of client acquisition and Building Deeper Relationships (BDR) initiatives.
- Manage Commercial Banking budget.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Team to create synergies for retention and acquisition.
- Thorough understanding of digital segmentation, audience orchestration and account-based marketing.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results
