Job Description
As a Business Analyst I - Branch Reporting within the Branch Administration & Operations Business Analysis Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our operations are in compliance with our policies and procedures. You will have the opportunity to identify and resolve issues, develop and support business solutions, and contribute to the modernization of our tools and applications. Job Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis & Development production support:
- Document, track, and research BAO business solutions reported issues
- Research and resolve escalated issues / technical support
- Provide accurate problem identification, JIRA ticket documentation and business owner / SME dialogue
- Provides activity, progress and status reports to management and keeps management posted of any critical issues
- Onboard, remove and manage business solutions with the use of a production monitoring tool (e.g., workflow tracker)
- You will be supporting BAO Banker Licensing, run-the-engine reporting needs
- Participate in business analysis activities to read and comprehend required reporting and dashboard requirements via technical specifications
- Identify gaps between applicable requirements and current procedures/controls and drive resolution of mitigating controls
- Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required reports and dashboards
- Develop robust documentation and adhere to the existing controls in place
- Evaluating existing processes and frameworks; challenge the status quo and recommend solutions / enhancements to operating models and controls
- Assist/light development with the migration/new development of tools and applications to modern technology platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Phyton, Tableau)
Required qualification, capabilities and Skills:
- College Degree, specialized training or equivalent work experience
- Problem-solving skills: ability to identify key issues, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses, develop actionable recommendations and present analyses, conclusions and recommendations in a concise and cogent manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a high paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work
- Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on high-profile/time-sensitive initiatives

Qualification
Ideal candidates will have an understanding of Consumer Banking related experience Experience in Chase banking systems such as Customer Assist, Enterprise Image Viewer and Business Central preferred
