Job Description
- Lead a team dedicated to innovative and effective social media strategies that modernize and advance the FedEx brand
- Using in-depth knowledge of digital communications trends and best practices across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn), lead the development and execution of creative, engaging social media content that delivers measurable results toward goals
- Work collaboratively with other marketing, communications, and operating teams across the enterprise to build alignment and ensure integrated campaigns deliver optimum value
- Manage agency relationships, activity, and spend to ensure the best outcomes
- Success in this role will be demonstrated through measurable improvements in organic and paid key metrics, brand perception shifts
- The successful candidate will be a creative, goal-oriented strategist who thrives in the always-on social environment
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered A Plus
- Proven social media campaign planning, including leading organic and paid campaigns for major brand
- Influencer strategy and content expertise
- Experience managing risk/PR issues on social media
- Hands-on knowledge of media monitoring analysis tools and platforms to manage brand measurement projects
- Brings fresh energy and cultivates a spirit of proactivity for the fast-paced social environment.
Work Location:
- Position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN, Plano, TX, or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a reasonable commutable distance. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees must be onsite as directed by leadership but allows team members flexibility to work from home otherwise.
