Job Description
Collaborate with India Total Rewards team to provide support to the HR and Leadership teams in India business entities in compensation specific inquires and requests.
Process Responsibilities:
- Responsible for effective execution of all operational transactions related to compensation according to agreed SLAs which includes and not limited to communicating relevant process/procedure changes to assigned responsibilities, requirement gathering, managing data validation.
- Ensuring employee gets paid, gets Increment letters & get communicated as and when there are changes in salary.
- Ensuring 100% accurate data updated in Workday by doing monthly reconciliation & updating as when discrepancies found.
- Co-ordinate with other HR PA located outside India for providing support on employees traveling outside India for work in terms salary and other allowances.
- Co-ordinate with people advisors for incentive & onetime pay-outs.
- Maximize the effectiveness of the compensation process and procedures and implement systematic measures that ensure compliance with Accenture standards.
- Proactively assist in creating Dashboards, MS Access Database, Macro enabled files for simplification & automation.
- Should be able to create Dashboards, meaningful insights from the data that were processed.
- Should be able to create data bases in MS Access, Power pivots, queries & any tools which helps our/Comp team to retrieve any data quickly.
Process/Procedure Improvement:
- Adhere to standard internal procedures to improve the quality of services provided to the clients.
- Proactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process delivery and team dynamics.
- Assist in the creation/update of on-going process training materials.
Teamwork:
- Share knowledge/best practices with team members relating to own specialization.
- Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to general operations of the business.
- Provide assistance to team and stretch as and when required.
