Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and skilled Cloud Architect with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures to meet the organization's business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of our cloud infrastructure and applications, ensuring they are modern, efficient, and scalable.
• Develop strategies to optimize the cost of cloud operations without compromising performance or reliability. Regularly review and adjust these strategies as necessary.
• Ensure the security of our cloud infrastructure and applications. This includes designing and implementing robust security protocols, conducting regular security audits, and responding promptly to any security incidents.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the resilience of our platform, including disaster recovery plans and failover procedures.
• Monitor the performance of our platform, identifying any potential issues before they become critical.
• Ensure all systems comply with data privacy regulations. This includes designing and implementing data privacy measures, conducting regular privacy audits, and responding promptly to any data breach

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in IT, with a focus on cloud architecture and design.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Expertise in one or more major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and frameworks (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

• Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience implementing security controls and measures in cloud environments.
  
  

Communication Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
