Job Description
To develop and grow new opportunities for our Value-Added Food Ingredients by providing technical and recipe support to our customers, that ultimately results in new sales conversions.
Scope Of Responsibilities
- Responsible for the attainment of the Value-Added Food Ingredients Gross Profit for Margin across Midlands and South-East England
- To provide technical support to our customer base to develop new opportunities
- Maintain appropriate level of product knowledge
- Continually seek new market and product sales opportunities
- Provide market trends, as well as competitor intel
- Contribute to industry and company product development to maximise sales opportunities
- Recording activity through a CRM system
- Previous experience in Technical Sales in Food Functional Ingredients
- A Degree level qualification in Food Technology or Food Science
Knowledge:
- Technically strong in functional food ingredients
- Selling principles
- Recipe formulation experience
