Job Description

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in business operations, finance, strategy, or equivalent operations experience.
  • Experience in a venture or accelerator program management, investing, or operations role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a startup founding team member.
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or customer support.
  • Experience creating and leading complex operational and strategic initiatives while operating in ambiguity.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, Appscript, and/or Python/JS, and experience building and delivering dashboards in PLX, Data Studio, or Looker.
  • Understanding of startup ecosystems fundamentals (funding stages, product lifecycles, venture capital, accelerators/incubators), and experience with Google Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other comparable sales CRM analytics and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business drivers, trends, and operating metrics to extract actionable insights.
  • Streamline program operations and customer support workflows.
  • Work directly with customer support and sales teams.
  • Communicate closely and build relationships, collaborating across Sales and Marketing functions.
  • Prepare presentations, build trainings, determine best practices, and communicate findings regarding regional startup acquisition, and all Google Cloud for Startups programs and operations.
