Key Responsibilities:
We are searching for candidates with experience in Teamcenter installation in a distributed environment, as well as Teamcenter custom template installation using BMIDE, Distributed FMS configuration and Dispatcher configuration!
We would prefer candidates experienced with Active Workspace Installation and Configuration and NX and Solidedge CAD Integration!
Working experience in Perl/Batch Scripts, Teamcenter Triaging and Problem Solving skills.
Good to have Technical Skills:
We are looking for someone with knowledge of Catia, AutoCAD and ProE CAD Integration with Teamcenter & SQL Scripting.
We are seeking candidate who would engage in shifts, as we are supporting 24x7 customers and may have to work on call during holidays.
You will be expected to Tackle L2 tickets on the application & Apply patches on test, UAT and Production Server and Document root cause analysis of issues.
Get in touch with GTAC for Product Issues and raise IRs and Connect with users on issues and Work with L3 on issues which can't be solved by L2 and Provide workarounds to issues.
