What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate profitable sales of Oldcastle Plastics & Composites products in the Utility Distribution market segment
- Develop and manage a network of Independent Sales Representatives to provide market coverage and generate sales
- Drive product approval and specification with end users
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on distributors, end users, engineer/consultants, and prospective customers to obtain new business and expand existing business
- Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies for long-term business growth while achieving the company's annual sales growth goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in the Electric Utility Market
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience working in a team environment and managing multiple projects
- Travel is expected to be ~50%
