Job Summary & Key Responsibilities:

The role serves as a core member of the HR talent analytics and insights advanced analytics team responsible for supporting global projects across Accenture HR.

The responsibilities involve but not limited to the following.

• Partner with stakeholders and other members of the team to apply critical thinking and the latest data science methodologies in a consultative way to solve our most complex analytic challenges.
• Develop and manage any or all the following in support of data science activities in the assigned area(s)/portfolio(s): analytic solution vision, strategy, roadmap, plan.
• Oversee, as required, the development and delivery of data science projects, products, and assets.
• As needed, research and develop assets and other work products to test and prove or disprove analytic hypotheses and address challenges.
• Translate business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic solutions and identify appropriate data to support the solution.
• Create insights from predictive statistical modeling to deliver client value.
• Work with minimal supervision and ability to lead projects independently
  
  

Must Have Skills:

Experience of over 8 years in Analytics domain

• Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Advanced Excel & Analytical skills
• Knowledge of analysis tools and platforms like R, Python, Google Cloud
• PowerPoint skills
• Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-culturally
