Essential Functions:

• Responsible for the development of an Estimating cost database.
• Interfaces with procurement, and contracts to establish accurate unit pricing for scope items.
• Researches project actuals to validate unit pricing.
• Establishes a process to update the standard estimate templates with updated cost data.
• Supports the implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Estimating system and the existing estimating template
