Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to EM Digital only strategy, planning, implementation & tracking.
- POC between EM OC Analytics & Digital fuel to track & report digital campaigns on monthly basis to EMLT.
- Effectively partner with Digital Fuel & LOC teams to Monitor execution of brand campaigns, including strategy, design and SLA adherence.
- Work closely with Digi fuel to fulfil LOC requirements related to DO brands selection to finalize and align the identified brands for Wave 2 and Wave 3 DO deployment.
- Capture prioritization requirements / escalations to resolve and drive synergies across LOCs for DO deployment.
- Coordinate & lead the content co-creation process with EM COMS lead, Empower engine and Digital fuel teams.
- Lead the Digital Only best practices based on internal & external sharing.
- Project management & overall planning & coordination of Digital Only meetings.
Scope of Accountability
- Provide details of any scope relevant to the role e.g. the net sales that the role supports/generates or budget responsibility
- The role has a high visibility within EM leadership, LOC & Digital fuel stakeholders. Accountable for successful delivery of > 100 Digital only brands activation with Digital Fuel
Why you?

- Bachelor Degree in Sales or Marketing
- Min 6 years of experience in project Management, customer journey design, omnichannel engagement or customer experience.
- Min 4 years of experience in digital marketing
