Your Responsibilities

As anAftermarket Marketing ManagerforConstruction Equipment Company located inMoline, IL,you will lead and develop ECAP 3.0 marketing activities for the Earthmoving&Forestry (E&F) Aftermarket Business in US&Canada. You will also...

  • Drive E&F parts&service sales through customer centric through tactical marketing and sales tactics.
  • Develop and deploy wholesale&retail incentive programs.
  • Manage the E&F aftermarket incentive budget.
  • Lead launches of new E&F parts portfolio solutions.
  • Manage the Aftermarket Information Delivery Strategy.
  • Support competitive part pricing analysis&recommendation for E&F parts commodities.
  • Support key dealer&customer events, such as Spring Training, Dealer collaboration&communication, and Aftermarket Expo.
  • Lead the Aftermarket Tactical Planning process for the E&F aftermarket business and ensure it is well aligned with the broader E&F complete goods tactical plan.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working with dealer business practices
  • Data analysis and/or management acumen
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 25%

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience using PowerBi or other like data solutions
  • Experience or knowledge of ECAP process
  • Earthmoving&Forestry product knowledge
  • Experience developing marketing strategies and deploying to the market
  • Experience working with accounting business policies and procedure
  • Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis experience for process improvement

Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management discipline
