Key job responsibilities
This role requires deep understanding of customer experience & behavior on-site and familiarity with tactics to influence customer behaviors, setting up mechanisms to understand customer insights and strong analytical skills to deep dive on customer data to identify trends and actionable insights.
We expect the Marketing Manager to be a passionate customer advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The Marketing Manager must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator with some of Amazon’s most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. He /she is expected to drive projects of high complexity and operates with significant autonomy and discretion while influencing other external teams.
