We are looking for high energy, data-minded, and tech-savvy people with digital marketing domain and marketing automation knowledge who can work together with the team and business to elevate and achieve the marketing technology and operational process priorities and vision
What You’ll Do
- Having strong working knowledge of AJO, AEP, or any other marketing cloud solution/tool is a must.
- Help ideate/collaborate/automate the marketing process using Python/JavaScript/any other automation scripting language to ease the day-to-day work and campaign process.
- Own and drive the execution of a world-class marketing plan for the Adobe business, according to the strategy and directions aligned with the Life Cycle Marketing team.
- Own priorities, timelines, and project metrics of the marketing execution efforts with strong accountability on operational excellence in a fast-changing environment.
- Partner and collaborate closely with other teams: Product Marketing, Life Cycle Marketing, regional marketing teams, Product Management.
- Drive relationship, timelines and deliverables with major external content production agencies as well as tech, business, and marketing partners.
- Drive/collaborate on automations and innovations in Marketing Operations – Do More with Less
- Understand latest market trends and internal marketing process and ideate innovations and operational efficiency opportunities.
- You should be flexible to work in 4.00 pm to 1.00 am IST shifts. And, support team and business, as need be, during weekends/holidays.
- Contribute to overall marketing reporting on metrics and tracking of goals or impact of the various marketing channels.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA or related academic degrees from reputed universities with 7-9 years of strong experience in marketing technology , marketing automations and process working with reputed product, services or marketing agencies in the industry
- 5-6 years of working experience on AJO, AEP, or any other marketing cloud solution/tool experience is a must.
- Working knowledge on Adobe campaign preferred
- Understanding of Data Models, Schemas is a must
- Understanding about Markup languages - HTML and CSS
- AEM working knowledge is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Python/ JAVA is preferred.
- Working experience on SQL
- Impeccable marketing automation knowledge and skills (tools, process) with attention to details while balancing big-picture strategic work: Ability to manage complex projects with multiple teams and collaborators
