As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring product delivery to our customers and business. You will be the focal point, ensuring effective co-ordinational and alignment across all stakeholders involved in the delivery of software products, including Senior Management, Product, UX, Engineering, Cloud Operations, and more

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for product delivery and the flow of value to our customers and the business
  • Rolling roadmap planning, facilitating estimation, resource planning, budgeting, and change management in a lean model Facilitate ceremonies, stand-ups, walk the wall, project updates to ensure work is visible, managed and coordinated
  • Coordinate the activities of multi-functional teams, and proactively manage dependencies with a singular focus
  • Manages work-in-progress closely (WIP), and continuously mitigate impediments to flow; eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks
  • Reporting metrics and status reports that demonstrate the overall health of the project, communicating project status, issues, and action item tracking
  • Track daily progress, providing insight using Burndowns and other tooling
  • Keeping senior management and key stakeholders informed of project status and escalating issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality, or budget

About You

Skills and Experience

  • Technical Project Management managing multiple projects and teams in a global environment
  • Software Product and SaaS experience is a real plus
  • Lean, Scrum Master Certification or Scaled Agile Certification is a strong plus
  • Experience with Onshore-Offshore projects
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!,Plandek Effective communication and presentation skills
