You will work with a team of motivated A-players building the next gen CX Cloud Platform.

• Execute the platform development to build the core platform components, data pipeline, ETLs, backend jobs, that help build applications
• Develop core applications that will help drive customer use cases and outcomes
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams at different stages of software development
• Promote and cultivate team spirit and culture across the global team built on open communication, collaboration, partnership, trust and integrity

• Highly energetic and experienced individual with validated experience in technology/cloud/data industry
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Worked in an engineering team and know how to champion an open, visible, encouraging culture
• Highly organized and are excellent at following through with dedications and care deeply about product quality and user impact

Skills/experience

• Experience building SaaS applications using AWS/Cloud technologies
• Strong programming skills in Python and ETL is a must
• Proven Data Engineering experience with Apache Spark, PySpark, Hadoop, and the likes
• Good experience with containerized deployments, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS technologies - Lambdas, Glue, EMR, EC2, S3, IAM, SFN, Aurora/RDS, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, Serverless technologies
• Hands on experience building big data/ETL pipelines using spark/map-reduce frameworks, in Agile environments with complete CICD tooling (GIT, CICD tools like CircleCI, Jenkins, Security scans)
• Strong experience in writing Unit test cases, Integration test cases
• Terraform infra-automation experience is nice to have
• Knowledge of E2E software architecture and UI facing APIs, Java, is nice to have
