Platform responsibility (Core Endomech and LINX)
- Lead, innovate with continuity and own execution of platform solution
- Lead NPI and launch excellence across the platform
- Develop & implement a Product /Platform marketing strategy
- Collaborate with functions, GSM and country marketers to drive best practices
- Develop forecasts/operational process based on platform strategies, adoption rates, and business objectives
- Undertake market research as needed to uncover unmet needs and portfolio gaps
- Develop pricing and branding strategy based on value ladder
- Partner with HEMA, Prof-Ed , Com-Ed RA, QA and MA for platform related initiatives
- Lead launch excellence for NPI and partner with GSM/country marketers for NPI training and collateral development
- Develop strategic plans +3yrs onwards
- Product lifecycle management in the region
Specialty responsibility (Colorectal and Bariatrics)
- Develop & implement Open mechanical platform initiatives by incorporating specialty/procedural messaging to meet & exceed revenue and income goals
- Develop and implement a procedure(specialty) strategy for Bariatrics and Colorectal based on understanding of patient pathways, competitive products, customer preferences, and market dynamics
- Collaborate with Prof-ed and GSM to shape key specialty initiative and market specific plans
- Design and execute ad-boards with key regional KOLs to uncover key insights on pipeline, evidence and education needs
- Work with key regional surgical associations to build external leadership for Ethicon
- Support country marketing on technical product inquiries related to respective platforms, providing appropriate product information, including technical data & clinical inputs
- 7-10 years of overall experience
- 3+ years of marketing (product and brand) experience
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work closely with surgeons’ network is desirable
