Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you are part of a global delivery team, building a new industry platform for medical diagnostic testing for our client. Our goal is to support our client with creating a new channel for their digital transformation. This project is highly collaborative using the IBM Garage method. It includes state of the art technologies such as edge deployment, gateway connectivity, digital marketplace, data lake, security for a highly regulated industry, modern DevSecOps and cloud technologies such as AWS and Kubernetes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related engineering
• +4 years demonstrated hands-on cloud and infrastructure technology solution experience
• +4 years experience on large scale cloud-based product operations
• Public & private cloud environments with specific experience developing solutions on AWS
• Demonstrated technologist with broad experience across a variety of operations tools & services including:
• Linux scripting
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform & Ansible
• GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• GitOps solutions ,
• Demonstrated experience supporting deployment & automation solutions on containerized platforms:
• Build & publish OCI images
• Kubernetes: Rancher & EKS
• Helm charts templating
• Argo CD deployments
• Experience building high availability services at scale
• Proven experience driving adoption of new technology into existing complex systems
• Excellent presentation skills
• Very good communication skills in English and preferably German (written and spoken)
• Swiss nationality or valid Swiss work permit / EU passport
