Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences – including workshops, onboarding, executive sessions, and hands-on training events.
- Liaise with key partners across L&D, IT, Legal, and Comms, as well as with external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness.
- Own and maintain the execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines.
- Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows, scheduling, materials, live support, and follow-up.
- Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics, including attendance, satisfaction, completion rates, post-session engagement, and early indicators of behavior change.
- Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery.
Qualifications
- A minimum education level or a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences is required.
- Proven experience in program management, training operations, or large-scale capability-building is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams.
- Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication is required.
