Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for our web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver seamless user experiences while elevating the visual design of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of the UI design process from concept to delivery across multiple projects.

Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and style guides.

Define and maintain a design system and UI components for consistency and scalability.

Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure the final product aligns with design intentions.

Provide design leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Conduct design reviews, gather feedback, and iterate accordingly.

Stay current on UI trends, emerging tools, and best practices in user-centered design.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

5+ years of experience designing user interfaces for web and mobile apps.

Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs with attention to detail, layout, and user flow.

Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.

Ability to communicate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
