Defining and executing the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Identifying and pursuing strategic projects and key opportunities to ensure sustainable order growth.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in existing and potential customer organizations.
Managing and developing a high-performing sales team through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance reviews.
Collaborating across functions, divisions, and business areas to deliver integrated customer solutions.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain ABB’s competitive edge.
Ensuring compliance with ABB’s safety, integrity, and regulatory standards across all sales operations.
Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Sales, especially in Automation or Electrification solutions (e.g., drives, motors, switchgears).
At least 5 years of experience in team leadership or sales management roles.
Strong customer focus, strategic mindset, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and customer relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
