Job Description
- Execute email communications, and marketing automation campaigns with Marketo and Salesforce CRM to deliver measurable results and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner that meets business objectives.
- Taking ownership of the campaign management process and ensuring the SLAs are tightly followed.
- Carry out quality assurance on all aspects of the finished campaign build in line with defined processes.
- Work with the project team to attain client sign-off. This may involve managing client amendments, answering client queries, timely communication around project processes, risks, and concerns, and running additional quality assurance processes as required.
- Manage campaigns in the marketing automation platform, ensuring that automated elements run as expected. Report any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Updating Marketo email templates using HTML
- Create and maintain account/client-specific documentation (Operations Manual, Process documents, etc.)
- Provide ideas and business recommendations for the continuous improvement of processes.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications Required:
- Master’s in marketing or MBA, BE, B. Tech
- 3-5 years of experience in the Marketing domain
- Good Knowledge of any of the marketing automation tool
- A proactive, progressive, and analytical mindset
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Word and PowerPoint, especially MS Excel
Preferred:
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM.
- Working knowledge of Marketo.
- Working knowledge in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, troubleshooting & strong interpersonal and communication skills.
