Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to gather and implement feedback on content improvements.
• Assist in measuring and continuously improving merchant scan compliance across all Key Accounts.
• Assist in tracking performance indicators (e.g., escalation volumes, resolution times).
• Support the team in analyzing data for efficiency improvements and generating actionable insights.
• Fulfil any other roles and outputs that are either implied or not specified here, the business might require that.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for business, tech, logistics or ecommerce
• Organised, diligent and hard-working
• Proficiency in Saas applications, e.g. Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• 4 days work from office and up to 1 day work from home
