Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of New Relic and Dynatrace monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Java-based applications to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Lead performance testing initiatives using LoadRunner to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Optimize system performance by analyzing metrics and implementing tuning recommendations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience with New Relic and Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java programming and troubleshooting.
- Have hands-on experience with LoadRunner for performance testing.
- Show a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Have a background in Program Management is a nice to have.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Have experience in documenting technical processes and procedures.
