Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of New Relic and Dynatrace monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Java-based applications to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Lead performance testing initiatives using LoadRunner to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain cutting-edge.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing metrics and implementing tuning recommendations.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technology solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience with New Relic and Dynatrace for monitoring and performance management.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java programming and troubleshooting.
• Have hands-on experience with LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Show a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Have a background in Program Management is a nice to have.
• Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Be detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
